NIGER STATE DEPUTY GOVERNOR RECEIVE CONDOLENCE VISITS FROM GOVERNMENT STRUCTURES AND YOUTH BODY.
The Deputy Governor of Niger State, Comrade Yakubu Garba, has continued to receive an outpouring of sympathy and condolence visits from individuals, organizations, and institutions across the state and beyond over the demise of his brother.
In a press statement release by the chief press secretary of the deputy governor, ummikhaltume Abdullahi Kuta stated that several delegations had paid condolence visits to the Deputy Governor’s residence.
The statement reads that among the sympathizers who had made their condolences were representatives from the Nigeria Immigration Service, Niger State Command; the Federal Road Safety Corps, Niger State Command; the Niger State Emergency Management Agency led by its Director General, Abdullahi Baba Arah; the Campaign Team of the Presidential Aspirant of the National Youth Council of Nigeria led by its Campaign Coordinator, Mohammed A. Mohammed as well as the Management of the Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board.
Also paying a condolence visit was the National Delegation of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, an association where the Deputy Governor had previously served as a union leader.
In his remarks, the Deputy Governor, Yakubu Garba expressed profound gratitude to all individuals and groups who have identified with his family during this period of grief.
He acknowledged the moral and spiritual support extended to them through visits, prayers, and words of encouragement, noting that such gestures have provided great comfort and strength.
He further prayed for the Almighty Allah to reward everyone abundantly and to grant the departed soul eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus.
